Great service was provided here. The overall atmosphere was family, nonetheless some staff members were not particularly helpful.

Had a really really nice time. Functional and stunningly beautiful hotel, I greatly enjoyed its central location near to the restaurant, and Sapanca which is about 25 km. I had a functional room with a balcony and everything was very good.

Reasonably clean and wonderful hotel, excellent staff and brand-new rooms. Elegant building and rooms with a balcony. A lot of cheap food for meals. Favourable and easy setting, close enough to the bus / tram station, city center, and taxis. Also, close to many shopping centers.

Tastefully decorated and reasonably large room with climate control and an additional bed, and comfortable bed. A bath in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Izmit and had a very pleasant experience. the rooms were clean and well-maintained by the friendly maid staff. Secondly, the hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful, providing assistance when needed. Additionally, the breakfast selection was delightful, with a variety of Turkish dishes to choose from. Finally, the hotel's location was convenient, being situated near public transport and allowing easy access to explore the area.

My stay at this hotel was great and I have no complaints.

You do not have many options in izmit, the hotel is not different than America's Motel 6 but this one is the Turkish version

The stay was really nice. The whole hotel was clean and the atmosphere was family! The location of this property was marvellous. We booked functional and fairly quiet room with a balcony and could use wake-up service, available in it. The staff was very, very nice, offered us concierge service, wake up calls and a complimentary breakfast free of charge.

Good home base for exploring Kocaeli. Functional hotel in an elegant elegant style building. Nicely decorated, large rooms with a balcony, additional lighting plus very big king size, favourable setting.

The hotel had great value for money, offering affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and had a very big king size bed, perfect for families. I loved having a balcony to enjoy the views of the area. The location was convenient, right in front of the café and near to public transport, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. One detail that stood out was the attention to detail in the service. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They were attentive to our needs and provided excellent customer service. Another highlight was the breakfast. The spread was delightful, with a variety of Turkish breakfast options, including cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers, breads. The selection catered to different tastes and provided a satisfying start to the day.
